The hotel is a grad A property built in the late Regency early Georgian style is a magnificently appointed and retaining original Georgian features. You can hop onto a city bus which brings you straight into Princess Street at a cost of £5.00 in30 minutes. The bus will drop you on Princes Street and Waverly Bridge. Alternatively you can take a taxi which can cost approx £15.00-£20.00. From Waverly Train Station: 5 min walking distance from the Edinburgh Waverly train station. Come up Waverley steps from the train station onto Princess Street turn left cross over at the Pedestrian crossing and into South St Andrew Street. Walk along straight past Harvey Nichols and the Edinburgh Bus Station and at the bottom of the road cross over at the pedestrian crossing and we are on the right hand side.		During July, August, Hogmanay, and Rugby International weekends, a minimum length of stay will be in force in the hotel apartments suites.
