The small, family-run Edinburgh City Guest House opened for business in August 1, 2003. Situated in Edinburgh's historic Grove Street, the birthplace of Edinburgh's favourite son 'Sean Connery', it is located within short walking distance of Princes Street, Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Castle.

The guest house has recently been fully refurbished to offer guests the charm of old and the best in modern facilities.

Twin, double, triple and group rooms are available. All rooms have colour television and some rooms have en suite facilities. During the summer months guests also have access to the landscaped back garden.

From Waverley Rail Station
Exit Rail Station. Turn left onto Princes Street. Walk to the West end of Princes Street where you will see the Caledonian Hotel. Turn left into Lothian Road. Walk up Lothian Road and turn right onto Morrison Street. Grove Street is the third street on the left.

FROM Haymarket Rail Station
Exit rail station. Turn left and cross road onto Morrison Street. Walk up Morrison Street, Grove Street is 2nd street on the right.

FROM St Andrews Bus Station
Exit Bus Station. Turn right onto Princes Street. Walk to the West end of Princes Street where you will see the Caledonian Hotel. Turn left into Lothian Road. Walk up Lothian Road and turn right onto Morrison Street. Grove Street is the third street on the left.

From Edinburgh Airport
Catch airport bus and get off at Haymarket rail station.cross road onto Morrison Street. Cross road and walk up Morrison Street, Grove street is 2nd street on the right.
