We are only a few paces from Princess Street, and walking distance from both Waverley train station and St Andrews Square bus station. Our newly renovated hostel is spottlessley clean and fresh. Fitted out with the traveller in mind we have universal plug sockets and a personal reading lamp in every room. We have brand new solid pine beds. Hotel standard Larger mattresses and high quality FREE linen. All showers are new Mira Power showers. 24 hour hot showers. All rooms have a fully working opening window. All rooms are bright and airy. All rooms are newly decorated. All rooms are carpeted throughout. Our guest's have commented that we have THE BEST hostel showers they have experienced. We are the cleanest hostel in Edinburgh ! We are just 50m from Princes Street. You can also access the hostel from St. Andrews Square, just follow West Register Street round, and you will find us on the left. By Car Haggis Hostels, West Register Street can be accessed via St Andrew's Square by car. Turn in to West Register Street, and follow the road round, you'll see us on the left. There is ample parking round the corner at the Omni Centre car park or the St James centre car park. We are across the road from the Balmoral Hotel. By Train From Edinburgh's Waverley Train Station walk up the steps at the North exit next to the Balmoral Hotel, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, walk straight up West Register Street and follow the road to the left, where you will find us on the right next to the Guilford Arms Public House. Edinburgh Airport Edinburgh Airport have a taxi rank right outside, cost is around £25, but it may be busy at times. There is also an Airport Link bus service, number 100 which will drop you off next to Waverley Station. From there, walk up the road to Princes Street and turn right, go to the end of Princes Street and turn left onto West Register Steet, we are just 50m up this road.
