Sandaig is the perfect place to unwind, superb Victorian guest house in Edinburgh. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we have designed each of our rooms with this in mind.

Superb 4 star accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with en-suite facilities. Some rooms have king , super-king, four-poster or sleigh beds. Each of our individually designed rooms have all been recently refurbished to a high standard and have remote control colour television, direct dial telephone, modem connection, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, ironing facilities, welcome tray with tea coffee and biscuits, large fluffy bath towels and complimentary toiletries, all provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

All rooms are non smoking with en-suite facilities. Rooms are available with king, super-king, four-poster or sleigh beds. A freshly prepared breakfast is cooked each day with a 'Full Scottish' our speciality.

Sandaig is a family home and occupies two mid terraced Victorian villas dating from C.1870. Sandaig has been awarded a ' Scottish Tourist Board' 4 Star Rating as well as holding membership of the 'Welcome Host' Affiliation. Sandaig is recommended by the 'Entertainment Guide ' and is a member of the 'Arts Welcome Scheme'. There is free on street car parking, a regular bus service into the city centre (bus numbers 12 or 25), and a wealth of gourmet restaurants to suit every palate situated within the fashionable Water of Leith area, just a ten minute walk away. We are more than happy to arrange fresh flowers or chocolates for that special occasion.

We are located on East Hermitage Place, overlooking Leith Links Park.
