All of our apartments have two comfortable bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request with all linen and towels provided. The apartments have two private bathrooms with powerful showers and bath. Our fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided on arrival consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee. Our Harbour Apartments have a comfortable lounge with a dining area, TV and DVD player. In addition there are futon beds which can provide accommodation for two extra people. Please note - Welcome packs that consist of boxes of cereal, milk, coffee, tea and sugar will be put into the apartments for all new check ins and will NOT be replaced on a daily basis. |

| Swimming Pool Non Smoking | DIRECTIONS Shuttle Bus Guest can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus. The shuttle bus departs from 6 Queen Street and will take you to the Harbour Apartments reception for check-in. From the City Centre From Waverly Station Bridge cross diagonally right over Princes Street onto South St Andrew Street. Take a left onto St Andrew Square and then take the first right. Follow St Andrew Square down take the second right onto Queen Street. From Queen Street head along to York Place. At traffic signals continue forward until you reach Picardy Place roundabout. Turn left (1st exit) at the roundabout and head down past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on your right) until you reach another roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout (1st exit) and follow Leith Walk until the road forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction Street. Take the second left onto Lindsay Road. Follow the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for 'The Western Harbour Development', 'The Element' and 'The Next Generation Gym'. Follow this road until you reach the final block. Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys. Buses The Airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station). From City Centre Leith is served by a frequent and reliable bus route (see www.lothianbuses.co.uk for further information) | ADDITIONAL EXTRAS Complimentary Gym Facilities A few minutes walk away, the Next Generation Gym has 12 tennis courts, 4 squash courts, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, as well as spa facilities at extra cost. Complimentary Secure Underground Car Park Over 100 Spaces Complimentary WIFI Available in every room Complimentary Shuttle bus Regular service in and out of town ensures that you easily access the city centre without the stress of finding a parking space. Late Check-out's - arranged from our queen street office Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs. Luggage Storage - arranged from our queen street office Complimentary luggage storage is available prior to check-in at our head office in Queen Street. Storage is also available on the day of departure. There will be a charge for this service. POLICIES AND IMPORTANT NOTICES All our apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT Check-in Check in time is from 15:00 onwards Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys Check-out Check out time is 10:00 Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. We do also offer a luggage storage facility before and after checkout. As of the 01 July 2007 all apartments will have be provided with one off welcome packs in the apartments for the guests on arrival. This means that guests that have booked in advance will get a nice surprise when they arrive and all new bookings will be pleased to know that there will be a welcome pack in their apartment on arrival.
