This is pay parking only. By Rail Trains to Edinburgh arrive at the cities famous Waverly station which is around a 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are approaching from Glasgow then you can depart the service to Edinburgh at Haymarket station head beyond the left side of the 'Haymarket' bar . Turn left at Starbucks and continue down the right side of Palmerston Place. West End Hotel is 50 metres past the Cathederal. If you disembark from Waverly station, cross onto the shopping side of Princes Street and walk to the west with the shops on your right side. Continue for approx 1 km. Continue beyond Coates and Argyle Crescent and turn right at Starbucks. This is Palmerston Place, the Hotel is 50 Metres beyond the Cathederal. By Plane The most convenient airport is Edinburgh from where you can hire a car. Other international flights to Scotland may land at Glasgow which is approximately 50 miles away from where you can also hire a car. A frequent bus service also operates from both airports. Should you require a taxi for transportation from Glasgow to Edinburgh, try Glasgow Airport Taxis. Leave the bus at Haymarket station.		Cancellation Policy (Exclusions): Please note that different cancellations policies apply for bookings made for certain periods. During the periods specified below (inclusive of the start and end dates), cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival. This bond will be returned on departure once the room/s have been checked by a staff member. Please note that you should allow time for your room to be checked on departure as this can take up to 15 minutes, if you fail to leave time for your room/s to be inspected bonds will not be returned. If we require any damages to be inspected by the owner, bonds will be kept and returned to you at a later date once a price has been determined for the damage. Disturbing other residents will also result in a penalty charge, the amount will be determined on a case by case basis. Upon arrival at the hotel your group will be asked to read through an introduction letter which lists damages and penalty charges as a guide only, the hotel reserves the right to change these at any time with out warning.
