This is a new built apartment only one and half miles from Princess Street and within walking distance to Holyrod Palace, Scottish Parliament, Dynamic earth Royal mile & Meadowbank Staduim.

It has Two Double bedrooms one with en suite, also with extra double sofa bed in the living/Dining Room. The Kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave oven.

As it is located steps from the Guest House so we can provide Breakfast on request. All our staff at the guest house and the apartments are cheerful friendly and helpful.

All our accommodations are clean comfortable and affordable.

Also bus from the door of the block to Princess Street in 5 to 10 minutes

	Children Friendly Non Smoking		If you are coming from the airport you can take the very reliable and frequent bus number 100 to the city centre (in front of Waverly Train Station) and from Princes Street nearby take bus 44 to our door in 5 to 10 minutes. Or take a taxi for the cost of around £20 or we can pick you up from the airport (depending on time and availability). Also a taxi from Waverly train station for £6.
